The Villas 4 Years Price Schedule
Prime Location Charge:
A 7.5% extra charge will be applied for corner villas, while a 5% extra charge will be applied for villas facing a park or a boulevard with a width of 41 feet or more, calculated on the total villa price. If a buyer selects more than one premium location option (except corner), an additional 2.5% extra charge will be applied.
R/P/MS Fee:
The R/P/MS fee is Rs. 12,000 for 660 Sft. and Rs. 20,000 for 856 Sft.
Offers:
A 5% discount is offered on 100% down payment, while buyers can save 2.5% when making a 50% down payment. Additionally, buyers can select a villa apartment by making a 25% down payment.

The above payment plan and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Installments must be deposited by the 1st of each installment month. All prices are exclusive of any taxes and government dues. The Pay Order or Demand Draft (DD) should be made in favor of “Future Developments Holdings (Pvt) Limited” (NTN No. 7246022-5).
Important Notice
If the confirmation amount is not paid within one month of booking, the booking will automatically be cancelled, and 75% of the booking amount will be refunded within six months. Additionally, payment plans can be converted to a quarterly or monthly basis, and the half-yearly installments can be equally divided at the time of booking.
