Payment Break Down(PKR)​

Prime Location Charges:

Prime location charges apply depending on the type and location of the unit. Units that are facing the lagoon will incur an additional 10% of the total unit price. Units located at a corner, those with a dip pool, and duplex apartments will each have an additional 5% of the total unit price added as prime location charges.

Unit Selection Criteria:

Members have the option to select a unit of their choice by paying 15% of the total unit cost at the time of booking. Alternatively, members may also choose from the available units by paying 15% of the total unit cost on or before 25th June 2022. Any additional cost for the selected unit will be adjusted through installments.

Important Notice:

If the confirmation amount is not paid within one month of booking, the booking will automatically be cancelled, and 75% of the booking amount will be refunded within six months. Confirmation amount must be submitted within 30 days of booking.
