The above payment plan and prices are subject to change without prior notice. Installments must be deposited by the 1st of each installment month. All prices are exclusive of any taxes, government dues and development cost. The Pay Order or Demand Draft (DD) should be made in favor of “Future Developments Holdings (Pvt) Limited” (NTN No. 7246022-5).
Important Notice:
If the confirmation amount is not paid within one month of booking, the booking will automatically be cancelled, and 75% of the booking amount will be refunded within six months. Additionally, payment plans can be converted to a quarterly or monthly basis, and the half-yearly installments can be equally divided at the time of booking. Confirmation amount must be submitted within 30 days of booking.
